Amit Prakash

Amit Prakash is currently the Head of Corporate Employee Welfare & Services Group at Tata Consultancy Services, where they oversee Employee Welfare and Benefits Administration. With a diverse background in HR across the Manufacturing, IT Services, and Oil and Gas industries, Amit has extensive experience in HR strategic policy formulation, talent management, and employee engagement. Prior to their current role, they served as General Manager of Human Resources at Philips, managing HR for a large manufacturing facility, and held various positions in HR management at organizations such as Cairn Energy and EPCOS. Amit holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations and additional diplomas in Labour Laws and Industrial Psychology.
