Archana Ashoke is a certified Agile Ninja Coach currently empowering individuals in Talent Engagement and transformation. They bring a wealth of experience from their previous roles, including serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on niche talent hiring and campus recruitment. Archana also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Infosys and completed an HR internship at Toyota Financial Services India. Educated with a PGDM from SDMIMD, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Mepco.
