Ashish Sarkar

Ashish Sarkar currently serves as the Region Head of Talent Acquisition at Tata Consultancy Services since February 2025. Prior to this role, Ashish was the Director of Human Resources at Wipro from April 2021 to January 2025, where leadership included driving high-impact people practices and talent acquisition for a USD 3B business. Previous positions at EdLink Training & Study Abroad Services, Netlink Software Group America Inc, and Microland Limited further established Ashish's expertise in human resources management and talent acquisition. Ashish holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Mumbai and completed the Next Generation Leadership Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
