Ashok Mehta is currently the Global Delivery Excellence Head for the Enterprise Cognitive Business Operations Unit. They have previously served as the Delivery Excellence Leader at Tata Consultancy Services from 2014 to 2020, and as an Associate Vice President at WNS Global Services, where they drove process excellence using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Before that, Ashok held various managerial roles at companies including Ispat Industries Ltd and ICICI OneSource, specializing in quality management and Six Sigma initiatives. Ashok earned a B.E. (Honours) in Electronics and Communication from MBM Engineering College at J.N.V. University in 1995.
