Ashokkumar S V is the Latin America Nearshore Head at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing sales, delivery, and operations at the Delivery Center in Queretaro, Mexico, where they lead a team of over 2,500 professionals. They have driven significant transition and transformation projects for diverse global clients, earning TCS Queretaro recognition as the largest IT infrastructure services center outside India. Ashokkumar has spearheaded innovation programs aimed at enhancing the Machine First Delivery Model and has received awards for pioneering solutions, including the Cloud Contact Center. Their previous roles include managing significant operations for prominent clients and providing technical support across various platforms. Ashokkumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Annamalai University and has completed an Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan.
