Ashwin Parhate

Ashwin Parhate is a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, specializing as an Automotive Domain Consultant since November 2020, leading critical software application projects for a US-based OEM and managing a team of 15 professionals on vehicle projects. Previously, Ashwin held the position of Deputy General Manager at Mahindra and Mahindra Limited from April 1997 to November 2020, where responsibilities included leading advanced technology teams and managing engineering efforts for significant SUV projects like the XUV700. Ashwin began the career as a Design Engineer at Bharat Earth Movers Limited from 1994 to 1996, contributing to the development of an all-new excavator. Ashwin holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an Executive Management Development Program degree from Welingkar Institute of Management.
