Avinash Ramesh

Avinash Ramesh is an accomplished Solutions Architect at Tata Consultancy Services since November 2021, with extensive experience in IT service management (ITSM) and IT operations management (ITOM). Previously, Avinash held the role of Senior Consultant at Infosys from July 2020 to November 2021, and worked as a Senior Technical Specialist at Link Group (LNK) from February 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, Avinash served as Lead Architect at Wipro Infotech from February 2010 to February 2019, focusing on the design and implementation of ITSM strategies for clients such as ANZ Bank, and was a Senior SI Engineer responsible for various ITSM solutions, including ServiceNow and BMC. Avinash began his career as an Analyst at HCL from September 2007 to February 2010. Avinash holds a degree from Annamalai University, completed in 2007, and attended D.T.E.A Sr Sec School from 1995 to 2003.
