Byron Harris has over three decades of extensive experience in accounting and financial management, beginning with Arthur Andersen & Co. as an Experienced Senior Auditor from 1986 to 1991. Harris has held various positions, including Technical Accounting Manager at Kemper Reinsurance, Senior Financial Analyst at GE Reinsurance, and Vice President of Corporate Accounting at ABN AMRO, where management of a team facilitated the automation of over 20,000 G/L reconciliations. As Director of Financial Systems Roadmap at CNA, significant cost reductions and improvements in reporting efficiency were achieved through the implementation of PeopleSoft. Currently, Harris serves as Development Product Owner at Tata Consultancy Services, contributing to multiple Agile projects and overseeing the successful execution of the multi-year Brokerage Replatform Project. Education includes a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
