Caryn Berlingieri

Caryn Berlingieri is a Chartered MCIPD and Prosci certified change specialist with extensive experience in organizational change management. They have served as the Interim Head of HR at Alpha Trains and held roles such as HR Manager at Stuart Peters Ltd and HR Operations Manager at Brewin Dolphin, overseeing critical HR functions and implementing effective systems. Caryn has consulted for various firms, including Accenture and Source ETF, focusing on HR strategy and change management during periods of growth. Currently, they are a Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services while pursuing an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany, SUNY.
