Célia Andrade is a project manager and offshore project specialist currently overseeing a portfolio of eight offshore projects at the Búzios production units, focusing on production and infrastructure efficiency. With over 13 years of experience in Petrobras, they have developed a strong background in logistics and operational projects, achieving consistent deliveries and managing stakeholders under high-pressure environments. Célia has also held various roles, including Senior Production Engineer and Operational Supervisor, where they facilitated process optimization and managed critical projects. They hold a degree in Production Engineering and have completed a postgraduate course in Project Management and Agile Methodologies.
