Cheena Nagar

Cheena Nagar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM solution architecture and delivery management, currently employed at Tata Consultancy Services since August 2016, leading design project teams for telecom service providers, including a significant project for a South African client impacting approximately 10 million active users. Prior to this role, Cheena worked at IBM as a Package Solution Consultant, focusing on application enhancements and ensuring timely delivery of requirements, and at Infosys as a Consultant, providing application support and engaging key stakeholders. Earlier career experience includes roles at Tech Mahindra, where functional and technical designs for telecom data products were delivered, and Accenture Pvt Ltd, where involvement in Siebel 8 upgrades and business process implementations occurred. Cheena holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Sciences and Information Technology from Mody University.
