Chiranjeev Arora is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and incident resolution. Currently serving as an ITSM Specialist at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2025, Chiranjeev previously held the position of Service Management Lead at Capgemini, where leadership in managing critical incidents and service restoration was key. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Management SME at Ericsson, focusing on incident management for major incidents, and working at HCL Technologies as an Event Monitoring and Incident Response Analyst, utilizing advanced monitoring tools.
