Claire Yan has over 15 years of experience in finance and IT consulting, specializing in mergers and acquisitions with a focus on operational solutions and process transformation. They currently serve as a consultant in Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures at Tata Consultancy Services and previously held leadership roles at Tango Analytics and UBS Investment Bank. Claire's prior roles include managing a senior financial planning team at National Bank Financial Group and conducting data research for the California Senate Cost Control. They earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a dual B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Simon Fraser University with honors.
