Dan Cowen is the Head of Quality Assurance at Allianz Technology, where they are transforming functional and non-functional testing in the UK and currently lead over 70 Quality Engineers and Testers through the Allianz DevOps transformation. They built the Allianz Personal Quality Engineering function from the ground up. Previously, Dan held various positions, including Test Lead and Head of Quality Assurance, at LV= General Insurance from 2011 to 2021. Dan also worked at Tata Consultancy Services and began their career as an Insurance Technician at Heath Lambert Group. They hold a 2:1 degree in Music Technology and Arts Management from De Montfort University, completed in 2005.
