Deeksha Joshi

Deeksha Joshi is a passionate HR professional with over 13 years of experience in various leadership roles within Human Resource Management, including HR Business Partner, Talent Engagement, Resource Management, HR Operations, and Recruitment. They began their career as a Team Lead at Genesis Manpower Solutions and later held positions such as HR Operations Lead and Global RMG Head at Tata Consultancy Services, where they received awards for their accomplishments in HR operations and utilization improvement. Currently, they serve as the HRBP - Unit Head at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on talent acquisition, engagement, and advocating for a culture of diversity and inclusion. Deeksha holds a Bachelor of Science from MBPG College and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Amity University.
