Deepak Nathan

Deepak Nathan is currently the General Manager and Head of HR for the Retail Americas Business Unit at Tata Consultancy Services, a role held since 2024. Previously, Deepak served in various HR leadership positions within TCS, managing talent management and employee engagement for a global workforce. Prior experience includes HR roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions and HCL Technologies, where Deepak specialized in recruitment and campus hiring strategies. Deepak earned a PGDHRM in Human Resources from Loyola Institute of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Madurai Kamaraj University.
