Deepak Paul

Deepak Paul has a diverse professional background in technical support and workforce management. Starting as a Computer Operator at Amit Shipmanagement Pvt. Ltd in 2008, Deepak transitioned to an IT Executive role at SmartlineIt Pvt. Ltd later in 2009. Subsequently, a tenure at Epicenter Technologies from 2010 to 2015 included responsibilities as a Team Lead, managing various processes, including a Vodafone back office team. Deepak joined Convergys as a Technical Support Specialist from February 2015 to October 2017 and has been serving as a Workforce Management Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services since October 2017. Academically, Deepak holds a B.Sc. in Physics from SIWS and completed SSC in Science at Padua High School.
