Deepti Sharma

Deepti Sharma is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Starting as a Human Resources Recruitment Manager at the British High Commission in India, Deepti identified staffing requirements and provided recruitment support from September 1999 to April 2011. Following this, a role as HR Marketing and Sourcing Officer at the International Committee of the Red Cross involved actively sourcing candidates in South Asia from June 2014 to October 2017. Deepti served as a Human Resources Generalist at UNICEF India from May 2011 to May 2014, managing the HR life cycle for approximately 400 staff members across 13 field offices. Currently, Deepti holds the position of Senior Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services since November 2017.
