Devang Shukla has extensive experience in IT consulting and operations management, with a career spanning over several years at notable companies. At Wipro Limited, Devang served as a Technical Consultant, managing a team of over 20, and supporting international Microsoft clients with deployment-related issues. Prior to this, at HCL Technologies, Devang held dual roles as an Analyst and Specialist, providing support for Office 365 and leading a team to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, Devang leads a team of more than 25 members in delivering IT operations and overseeing the Microsoft 365 Enterprise rollout. Devang holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology and Management.
