Dóra Czakó is currently the Head of HRD and HR Operations at Tata Consultancy Services. Previously, Dóra worked as a Compensation Benefits Manager at JTI from 2018 to 2020 and served as a Reward Consultant at Korn Ferry Hay Group for over a decade, from 2007 to 2020. Dóra earned a BSc in Human Resources from Szent István Egyetem, completing their studies between 2008 and 2012.
