Dora Terrazas

Dora Terrazas has extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies across various organizations. Most recently, Dora served as Delivery Manager LATAM at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on the management of Digital Service as a Service environments and incident management according to ITIL practices. Previously, Dora worked as a Scrum Master in Digital Banking at Banco Santander Mexico, facilitating agile ceremonies and coaching teams in agile practices. Prior roles included Assistant Manager and Project Manager at Invex Bank, where strategic project implementation and agile methodology application were key responsibilities. Dora began a career at Telmex, contributing as both a Project Manager and Technology Engineer, managing project requirements and UNIX administration. Dora holds an Engineer's degree in Computer from Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México.
