Ellis Yap

Ellis Yap is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in transformational leadership and strategic HR business partnering across multiple multinational corporations. Currently serving as the Head of HR - ASEAN countries and CHRO at Tata Consultancy Services since July 2019, Ellis has driven change and fostered employee relations with a focus on over 47 skills. Prior roles include Senior HR Partner at Lenovo, where Ellis led HR initiatives for Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines, and Country Human Resources Leader at HP, providing comprehensive HR support across diverse business sectors. Ellis also held several key positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, establishing strategic relationships and ensuring effective implementation of HR programs in various regional roles. Earlier experience includes heading HR and administration at Malaysia Pacific Corporation Berhad, overseeing a full spectrum of HR functions.
