Fred Wu

Fred Wu is currently the TCS China Staffing Head at 塔塔信息技术股份有限公司, overseeing talent acquisition and related processes. They previously served as a Regional HR Business Partner, Recruitment Lead, and Recruitment Professional at IBM from 2017 to 2020. Before that, Fred held the position of Recruiting Supervisor at DHC-Dalian Hi-think Computer Co. Ltd from 2008 to 2010 and worked as an HR Specialist at GENPACT from 2006 to 2008. Fred earned a Master's degree from Jilin University and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from Dalian University of Foreign Languages.
