Hemant Kumar Rath

Hemant Kumar Rath is a Principal Scientist and Distinguished Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS Research), where they currently work. They have served as an Adjunct Faculty at IIT Bhubaneswar since 2019 and previously held positions such as Senior Scientist at TCS Networks Lab and Associate Professor at KiiT University. With a background as an Associate Manager at UshaComm and a Scientist at the Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute, Hemant has contributed to research in speech analysis and synthesis. Hemant holds a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Sambalpur University and an MTech and PhD in Wireless Communication and Networking from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
