James Smith is a seasoned Creative Director and experience design expert with a strong background in UI/UX. They began their career as a Creative Manager at Digitas North America and later worked as a Writer/Director at HSI Productions. James served as a Senior Digital Art Director at Bank of America, where they significantly increased female traffic to a digital platform. Currently, as a Senior Visual Designer at Tata Consultancy Services, they lead innovative projects, including the design of the Operation Warpspeed COVID-19 vaccine instruction site and champion AI-driven customer experiences. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., they directed efforts in Legal UX products and contributed to the adoption of AI technologies across applications. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Communications from SUNY New Paltz.
