Jay Lefever has extensive experience in project management and incident management across various roles and companies. From 1996 to 2003, Jay served in Professional Services at DCA, Inc. Following that, Jay worked as a Project Consultant for Matrix, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, where expertise in project management and coordination for Prudential Global Business Technology Services was demonstrated.
