They previously worked at UnitedHealth Group and Fidelity Investments, where they developed their expertise in Agile methodologies and project management. Currently at Tata Consultancy Services, Jigar coaches and mentors Scrum and Kanban teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing project budgets. They hold an MBA and a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
