Joe Reed

Joe Reed is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Director at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2023. Prior to this role, Joe had an extensive career at Honeywell Aerospace from 2005 to June 2023, where Joe held various leadership positions including Digital Service Leader and AEM DevOps Manager. In these roles, Joe managed Honeywell’s Digital AEM platforms, overseeing a team of 18 employees while handling contract negotiations and vendor management. Joe's earlier positions at Honeywell included Senior Supervisor for Aero Digital Experience, eCommerce Application Manager, SAP Infrastructure Project Manager, and IT Site Infrastructure Project Manager, each marked by significant contributions to improving customer experience, system reliability, and operational efficiency. Joe began a career in desktop support at IBM and Honeywell, demonstrating proficiency in managing technical support and system upgrades. Currently, Joe is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Phoenix.
