Jordan Arshad

Jordan Arshad is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in marketing automation and strategy. Currently serving as a MarTech Business Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2022, Jordan focuses on developing marketing transformation roadmaps for brands. Previously at Barclaycard from July 2006 to December 2021, Jordan held multiple roles, including Head of Marketing Automation, where responsibilities included maximizing technology utilization for campaign success and managing execution backlogs. Other positions included Senior Contact Strategy Manager, Senior Marketing Communications Manager, and Marketing Executive, all centered on customer journey planning, database optimization, and marketing communication strategies. Earlier career experience includes roles at Pointer Group and Automobiles Peugeot. Jordan holds a BEng in Engineering from Loughborough University and completed A-Levels in Physics, Geography, Maths, and Design at King Henry VIII.
