Judith Herrera Herrera has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support within the information technology sector. At Penta Vida, from June 2017 to November 2023, Judith served as a Business Analyst in Quality Assurance, initially working as an Assistant in the help desk and progressing to improve system quality through the implementation of testing plans and proactive error identification.
