Kamala Devi

Kamala Devi has extensive experience in project and operations management across various telecommunications companies. Starting with Reliance Communications as a Project Coordinator from December 2002 to November 2004, Kamala then served as a Project Coordinator at Nortel Networks until December 2008. A tenure at Huawei Technologies India followed as a Documentation Engineer from December 2008 to October 2009. From October 2009 to August 2018, Kamala held the position of Manager at Telenor, focusing on strategy planning, customer life cycle management, and project coordination. Most recently, from December 2018 to June 2022, Kamala worked as an Operations Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, overseeing customer service operations for a prominent non-banking financial company, managing a team of 154 full-time equivalents.
