Karan Bhasin

Karan Bhasin is a PMO Lead and business process and financial expert with significant experience in strategic operations and stakeholder engagement. They began their career as a Process Expert at Encore Capital Group from 2010 to 2015, before taking on roles at HostBooks Limited and Tata Consultancy Services, where they focused on debt collection and process improvement. As a Business Process Lead, Karan currently oversees financial forecasting, project governance, and vendor management while implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. They earned a BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2006 and 2009.
