Kaushik Das

Kaushik Das is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in the Record to Report (R2R) process. Currently serving as a Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2021, Kaushik oversees R2R operations. Prior to this role, Kaushik was a Manager at United Health Group from September 2014 to March 2021, where key achievements included being part of an award-winning onsite transition team, managing month-end closing processes, and preparing various financial analysis and reports. Kaushik also held the position of Team Lead in the R2R process at GENPACT from March 2006 to September 2014, leading R2R teams for European sites. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata.
