Kevin Smith

Kevin Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in incident management and operations management. Currently serving as a Critical Incident Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2020, Kevin has also been with Boots UK since August 2007, holding positions that include Critical Management and Team Lead/Line Manager, overseeing a team of seven employees in the Incident Lifecycle and ITS 2nd Line areas. Kevin's career began with roles as a 1st line analyst and 2nd line analyst. Educationally, Kevin attended Chilwell Comprehensive from 1991 to 1996.
