Lakshmi Pingali

Lakshmi Pingali has over two decades of extensive experience in the communication service provider industry, currently serving as Partner in Communication, Media and Information Systems at Tata Consultancy Services since July 2006. Key responsibilities include leading the adaptation of the CMI industry to technological advancements such as automation, cloud-native architectures, and digital transformation strategies. Previous roles encompass Head of Cognitive Enterprise Network Services for the Americas, where Lakshmi managed and positioned managed network services, and Senior Consultant focused on transforming complex OSS ecosystems. Prior to joining Tata Consultancy Services, Lakshmi held positions at Wipro, THE HINDU COLLEGE, Magic Software Enterprises, and Container Corporation of India Ltd. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Information Technology and Management from the All India Management Association, a Diploma in Education from Pondicherry University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Statistics from Acharya Nagarjuna University.
