Lancy Dsouza has over a decade of experience in various roles within project management, training, and operational leadership. Lancy began a career at I2C World as a Senior CRA and Trainer from April 2007 to November 2009 and subsequently served as an Operations Trainer at 3 Global Services Private Limited until January 2013. Lancy briefly worked as a Project Manager at Leo Burnett in early 2013 before joining Tata Consultancy Services in December 2021.
