Lowell Kern

Lowell Kern is a technology, intellectual property, and media attorney with extensive experience in corporate law. They served as Deputy General Counsel at Opus360 Corporation and held positions including Assistant General Counsel at Capgemini and Vice President/Senior Counsel at Pershing LLC. Their prior roles include associate positions at several prestigious law firms, where they focused on intellectual property and entertainment law.
