Madhurima Sengupta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having worked with Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited, SREI Equipment Finance Limited, Ma Foi Randstad, and Tata Consultancy Services. In roles ranging from Manager HR to Senior Manager HR and Key Account Manager, Madhurima has demonstrated expertise in client management, recruitment processes, and internal stakeholder engagement. Currently affiliated with Tata Consultancy Services as a Biz Skills Faculty, Madhurima also provides training in communication skills and has served as an Assistant Professor at the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata.
