Manisha Lakra is an experienced telecommunications professional with a background in RF planning, optimization, and test engineering. Starting as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2011, Manisha progressed to RF Planning & Optimization Engineer at Nokia, focusing on 2G capacity planning and GPRS network optimization. Subsequently, at airtel, the role of Assistant Manager helped in the dimensioning of 2G/3G RAN networks and capacity management. As Deputy Manager at Jio from 2016 to 2021, protocol test scenario creation aligned with 3GPP and carrier specifications was emphasized. Currently, Manisha serves as an Associate Consultant in 5G R&D at Tata Consultancy Services. Manisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jabalpur Engineering College.
