Matthew Scudder

Matthew Scudder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM strategy and implementation, particularly within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sectors. Currently serving as the HLS Strategy Practice Leader for Salesforce at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2020, Scudder leads go-to-market strategies and project teams for strategic CRM engagements. Prior to this role, Scudder held the position of Managing Director for CRM Strategy at Customer Innovations, Inc., where strategic planning and integration consulting were provided to various clients.
