Michael Brooks is a seasoned networking professional with extensive experience in network operations and engineering. Brooks holds two CCIE certifications (CCIE#16027) and has worked in various roles, including Network Operations Manager at Telovations and Sr. Network Engineer at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Currently, Brooks serves as Sr. Voice/Network Architect at TCS since November 2010. Prior experience also includes the position of Network Analyst II at AT&T Global Network Solutions. Brooks obtained an education from Saint Petersburg College and Northwest Shoals Community College-Muscle Shoals.
