Michael R.

Michael R. is a Design Director specializing in inclusive service and product design, research, and innovation. They currently serve as the Service Design Thinking & UX Director at TCS Interactive, where they lead design solutions through collaborative workshops and user-centered methodologies. Previously, Michael held various roles, including Head of UX at Unruly, where they contributed to the company's growth from startup to a multimillion-pound business, and served as a UCD Manager at John Wiley and Sons. Michael has extensive experience in user experience and interface design, having consulted for numerous well-known organizations, including Tesco, ITV, and GSK. They are also pursuing a BSc with the Open University, building on their foundational education in arts and design.
