Miguel Carrera

Miguel Carrera has extensive experience in both cinematography and retail operations management. As a Senior Cinematography Project Manager at Simone Luca Cinematography from December 2012 to May 2020, Miguel traveled globally to document weddings, producing high-quality cinematic films for clients. More recently, Miguel served as the Retail Operations Center Manager at Tata Consultancy Services, where responsibilities included managing L2 support for retail stores. Previous roles at Tata Consultancy Services included Service Desk Manager, where Miguel led a team to significantly reduce ticket backlogs and enhance agent performance, and Subject Matter Expert. Miguel holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science with a focus on Organizational Communication from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
