Mostak Hasan has extensive experience in project management and business operations, having worked at ICICI Bank and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). At ICICI Bank from October 2007 to July 2010, Mostak Hasan was recognized with the Diamond Award for ensuring high-availability of technology systems and significantly reduced departmental paperwork through process digitization. Currently at TCS since August 2023, Mostak Hasan manages a portfolio exceeding $16 million in the Energy, Resources & Utilities domain, overseeing P&L, billing, governance, audits, and compliance for a workforce of over 2,500 employees across India and Manila. Additional roles at TCS have included leading enterprise PMO functions and enhancing operational controls, achieving improvements in decision-making and reporting accuracy.
