Murali J

Murali J is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as the Tech Head for AI Powered Contact Centers at TCS, a role held since 2007. Prior to this, Murali worked as a Project Manager at Avaya GlobalConnect from 1997 to 2007, where they implemented major contact centers in South India. Murali's career began at BPL Telecom, where they were a Senior Engineer in Customer Support from 1994 to 1997. Murali holds a BS in Information Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, earned between 2003 and 2006, and has a Diploma in Electronics & Communication from Bhaktavatsalam Polytechnic Kancheepuram, completed in 1994.
