Neha Arora

Neha Arora possesses diverse experience in Human Resources and technical roles. Neha started a career as a Summer Intern in the Human Resources department at BDO India LLP. Neha was also actively involved in the HR Club, Imprintz, at the Institute of Management, Nirma University, contributing to discussions and activities related to Human Resources, and served as a Student Co-ordinator for Alumni Relations within the Kaizen Committee. Subsequently, Neha worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Human Resources Business Partner and SAP HCM Consultant, focusing on personnel administration and organizational management for a retail client in the UK. Prior to this, Neha served as an HR Executive in the Resource Management Group at Avaya, providing technical support in the EMEA region and the US. Neha holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources from Nirma Institute of Management.
