Nikhil Padmakumar

Nikhil Padmakumar has a diverse background in hospitality, tourism, and human resources. Starting with a B.Sc. in Hotel & Hospitality Administration from the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Nikhil completed a summer internship at Mascot Hotel in 2005. Further education included a post-graduate diploma in HR and Tourism from the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, which led to an internship as a travel executive at Kerala Travels in 2007. From 2008 to 2016, Nikhil worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Human Resources Executive, managing compensation and benefits activities for over 15,000 employees across eight countries in LATAM and contributing to the digitization of payroll in SAP. Nikhil also served as a Workday Consultant during the tenure at Tata Consultancy Services.
