Parul Jain

Parul Jain has a robust background in human resources and operations management, currently serving as a Manager at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2021. In this role, Parul leads various HR functions such as Work Force Administration, Reporting, Help Desk, and Recruitment and Onboarding for a global manufacturing client. Prior experience includes a managerial role in HR Shared Services at RBS India Development Centre from May 2015 to September 2016 and a managerial position in HR at Genpact from June 2008 to July 2014. Parul’s professional journey encompasses over 12 years of experience in training, operations, and HR.
