Pooja Joshi is an experienced IT Delivery Manager and Innovation Evangelist with a robust background in Quality Assurance and Agile practices. They graduated with a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and hold a PGDBA in CRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Pooja has successfully led QA initiatives in major organizations, including Mahindra Satyam and Tata Consultancy Services, while also fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship within their current role in a Swedish multinational networking company. They are ITIL certified and have a strong commitment to continuous learning and sharing knowledge.
