Poonam Ashara is a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner and a Change Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services, bringing over 19 years of experience in Change Management, Employee Experience, and HR Leadership. Previously, Poonam served in various HR roles, culminating in significant contributions as an Organization Change Management Consultant and Employee Experience Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services. During a secondment to the World Economic Forum, Poonam played a pivotal role in mobilizing commitments for workforce skilling initiatives. Poonam holds a degree from the Great Lakes Institute of Management, completed in 2021.
